Buildings that used to be retail spaces.
An attempt to restore retail in the area, where it used to be placed years ago. The form of the buildings is inspired by the character of retail and residential houses.
Remains of a residential house are situated on the area of the plot and an old retail buildings can be found in the nearest neighbourhood.
Main goal to achieve for the project is to regain, for the nearby area, its’ old retail character, but in the same time to keep green spaces, which cover the plot mostly, untouched.
