Each project begins with an understanding of the site and the needs of its users. Landscape, existing buildings, light and materials help us shape the character of spaces, both in new buildings and in adaptations of existing structures.

We work through drawings, physical models and conversations with our clients. We develop projects from the initial concept through technical documentation and detailing, bringing spatial exploration together with technical requirements and the practicalities of construction.

The practice was founded in 2020 by Maksymilian Sawicki, an architect and artist who leads its design direction. We develop projects as a team, working closely with engineers, specialists and contractors.
